Useless Support and Warranty
I am also having rediculous support problems with Keys. I bought an Ironman Triad treadmill which is very similar to the 150t (previous model I believe). It worked great for a year, then the belt started slipping. That took a month to fix. A day later, the motor died. The motor has a 10 year warranty, so they said they would replace it. When a new on didn't arrive as promised I called back to find out it was backordered for three weeks. I waited and still no motor. I am now told it is backordere .... Read more

Still going...
This treadmill beeps rather loudly whenever you adjust the speed or incline, but maybe this is something you can turn off and I just haven't bothered to figure out how. It does fold up, but is heavy and difficult to lock in place. We generally just leave ours open.
In the end, I think the most important thing is durability. We've been using ours regularly (several times a week) for nearly two years and it still works as well as ever.

Generally as Advertised
Purchased this item at Christmas and had very prompt delivery. This is not a one man job getting the box into your home. If you have a garage, open it there and carry the parts to the assembly area. The instruction manual leaves something to be desired. The EKG (Pulse Rate) has connections in the two handles. Be sure to connect when assembling the handles. The EKG still may not work. Sqeaky Deck and Pulse monitor doesn't work after 1 month
Great service and delivery time. Used lubrication on the deck and it still squeaks when I walk on it. Not sure if it has too much lubrication or not enough. If I walk towards the back of the belt there are no sqeaks. The pulse monitor worked when I received the unit, but now after 1 month it doesn't. broke after 3 weeks; can't get it fixed
I assembled this unit easily and it worked great for 3 weeks, except for the pulse monitor. Then the incline motor stopped working properly. They sent out a new circuit board and arranged for a local technician to come out and replace it. Didn't fix the problem. Then they sent out a new incline motor; still didn't fix it. I'm still waiting on them to figure out what to do next.
