very satisfied user
first off, i bought this tradmill back in january of this year and only now am staring to use it! the shipping was excellent (the driver not so much) as their was no damage to the box at all. I unpacked it a fews days after delivery to 'check out what i bought' and then left it alone for another few weeks while i ..... well no real reason but laziness. then after finally putting it together - the motor starts, but the top-panel doesnt. argh. so a few more weeks go by before i call horizon c .... Loved it at first but didn't last
Note - I didn't buy this treadmill from Amazon. This is an 18 month review from an average runner 165 lbs, 30-40 weekly miles, not too fast and not too slow.

The first 500 miles was great! Quiet, sturdy, and smooth. Powered on and just went.

Machine works great. Everything I needed. I had a similar problem with the shipping that others have mentioned, but the product itself was fairly simple to assemble and works great. I use it almost every day now.

Completely Satisfied
I found the cost of $699 w/free delivery and no sales tax for a treadmill of this quality too good to pass up. It was delivered within three days of ordering it. The container in perfect condition. I had it assembled and was knocking out my first mile in less than an hour. I had no help and I am not very patient when it comes to putting things together. Great treadmill!
Wow! I just got off after a good workout. The treadmill works very well and there is no noise or vibrations. The set up was easy and the guy who delivered it was fantastic - he actually brought it to the room where we planned o set it up.

There are two small problems I have though (hence not a 5 star rating)
1. The magnetic safety clip is too weak and with a slight touch it falls off great in case of an emergency I guess but the machine stops dead and ruins your workout.
